All of our Batyline® textiles are 100% recyclable thanks to our unique process: www.texyloop.com Raw materials rescued by our process, reduce further usage of petroleum based products as well as reducing the need for incineration or adding to landfills.

Life cycle analysis

Batyline® submits its products for Life Cycle Analyses (LCA) by independent entities. These demonstrate that the recycling of these products, using the Texyloop® process, reduces by 50% the significant environmental impacts; energy consumption, disappearing natural resources, global warming, diminishing ozone layer, human toxicity, and water usage.

Innovative Textiles and Materials

Recycling Batyline® textiles through the Texyloop® process considerably reduces the environmental impact of our products, but today we have gone another step further :

Our Batyline® “R” uses products issued from the recycling process. These textiles have exactly the same technical characteristics as our other range.
Our Batyline Canatex® fabrics integrate the natural fiber, hemp into the manufacturing process
